01 Do I need an appointment?
Yes — we're appointment-only, with no walk-in showroom. Book a consultation using the form above or call us, and we'll set a time that works for a proper, unhurried look at the car.
+ 02 How quickly will you get back to me?
The same day, during studio hours. Send photos with your enquiry and we can usually give you an indicative plan and quote before you even visit.
+ 03 Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. Enclosed collection and delivery is available across the Portland metro area, and a courtesy vehicle can be arranged for multi-day work. Just mention it when you book.
+ 04 Is there parking at the studio?
There's covered client parking on Marshall St directly outside Studio 07. Ring the buzzer on arrival and a technician will meet you at the bay.
